- Debutante program- This was successfully implemented as a scholarship program for Senior high school young ladies
- Adopt-A-Highway- This community beautification initiative was implemented for Hwy 124 to Max Cleland Blvd in Lithonia, Georgia
- Proclamation Condemning Racial Profiling- was created, presented, and adopted by the body at the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. National Convention in Chicago, Illinois-2000
- Delta Authors on Tour- This program was established as a traveling Arts & Letters initiative featuring books written by Deltas. Several chapter Sorors were represented.

- Annual All Alumni Greek Show This is one of the largest step shows in the southeast with over 3500 attendees and participants.
- Annual Black College Tour - A two-leg, weeklong tour that visits Historically Black Universities from New Orleans to Washington DC. The tour is designed for local high school students but has attracted many from as far away as California and Bermuda!
- Torch Foundation The chapters 501-3c foundation was established.
- Delta Authors On Tour National Catalog This national catalog of books, authored by active members of DST, was published and distributed by the chapter.
- 250% increase in Chapter Membership - The chapter increased by record proportions due to vigorous reclamation initiatives and outstanding community service.
2003 - 2005
- Inaugural Voyage to South Africa The first international trip to South Africa took place. Toys, school supplies, and money was donated to the Adelaide Tambo School for the physically disabled.
- Inaugural Membership Intake of 77 Initiates (M.E.C.C.A.) - In the spring of 2003, the first initiation was held.
- Over $30,000 in Annual Scholarship Awards - The amount distributed in scholarships increased.
- Interactive Website - The website was redesigned to be more user friendly and informative.
Deltas After Dark Established as a classy autumn, evening affair featuring a live band, silent auction and, dinner.
