  • Song Bird Scholarship Fundraiser - First chapter fund raising venture
  • SM-LAC Policies & Procedures, and Rules of Order were ratified
  • Host Chapter for the 1999 Georgia Statewide Founders Day Celebration
  • $5000 Contribution to the National Burn the Mortgage Campaign
